Achim Rohr
A seasoned business development professional, Achim has grown a number of businesses over the last 25 years across a variety of industries ranging from media publishing & broadcast, food & drink and software/SaaS. He now applies his skills of creating win-win situations to the property sector, because he feels passionate about the improvements needed in this industry.
Achim has lived in Brixham, South Devon for nearly 24 years and makes the most of his time being surrounded by such stunning scenery.
Che Dubois
Brixham born and bred Che has run a number of businesses across Torbay over the years.
Che feels highly passionate about this beautiful part of the country and now wants to ensure that the local feel to this area is not lost by unaffordable housing and population shifts based purely on who can afford to live in the region. His passion and mission is therefore to work with landlords and tenants to shape the future of housing in this region.
